Refugees arrive in our cities having to start over and to build a new life for themselves. Welcome baskets are for newly arriving families to help give them the essentials.

Perhaps your extended family, small group, Bible study, classroom, or neighborhood would like to provide a welcome basket for a refugee family this holiday season. Be creative!

A typical welcome basket has any of the following:

• Kitchen supplies​

• Hygiene products ​

• Bedding​ and pillows

• ​Diapers and wipes​

• Miscellaneous household supplies
